Sending Files & Feedback
Want your project to move fast and finish strong? It starts with getting us the right stuff, the right way.
How We Collect Files
We keep things simple — no logins or confusing platforms.
- If your project requires an intake form, you’ll receive a link after your invoice is paid. Complete that first — it gives us what we need to get started.
- If there’s no form, but we still need assets (like logos, content, or photos), we’ll send you a Dropbox file request link.
This lets you upload everything in one place, without needing a Dropbox account.
Note
Please upload files strategically — we review all content, and unnecessary clutter can add time (and cost).
What Happens Next
We’ll take your uploads and sort them into folders on our end to stay organized and efficient.
- You’ll get access to the sorted folder once the project wraps or upon request
- We do not store files forever — download your final files when they’re sent
File Upload Tips
- Use standard formats: JPG, PNG, PDF, MP4, DOCX
- Skip weird ones: No .pages, .heic, .numbers, etc.
- Don’t rename project files we send you — it can break links or automation
Giving Us Feedback
You don’t need to be technical — just clear and focused.
Helpful examples:
- ✅ “Let’s change the background to white.”
- ✅ “This section feels too wordy — can we tighten it?”
- ❌ “I don’t know… it’s just off.”
Group your notes whenever possible — it keeps the timeline moving.
