Granting Access — Google Business Profile
To give Nordax access to your Google Business Profile, just follow the steps below. You don’t need any special tools — just your login and a few clicks.
Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Go to Google Business
Visit business.google.com or search your business name directly on Google.
Sign in with the Google account that manages your profile.
2. View Your Business Profile
Click “See Your Profile” on the right side of your business card. (Only if on business.google.com )
3. Open Settings
Click the three vertical dots next to your business name to open the menu.
Select “Business Profile Settings.”
4. Access the User Management Panel
In the settings menu, click “People and Access.”
This section lets you view current users and invite new ones.
5. Add a New User
Click the blue “+ Add” icon in the top-left corner.
Enter the email address or Business Group Number: We will provide a number if working with us.
Make sure it’s associated with a Google account.
6. Assign a Role & Send Invite
Choose either:
- Manager – Can make changes and updates (recommended)
- Owner – Full control, including user management
Click “Invite.”
Managing Access Later
Need to remove or change a user?
Just go back to People and Access, click the dropdown next to their name, and select a new role or remove access completely.
