Granting Access – Shopify Store
If we’re helping with design, development, or integrations on your Shopify store, we’ll need access through Shopify’s Collaborator system. Here’s how to approve our request or invite us directly.
Step 1 – Log In to Shopify
Go to shopify.com and log in to your store’s admin dashboard.
Step 2 – Go to Settings
Once inside your admin panel, click Settings in the lower left corner of the screen.
Step 3 – Click on Users and Permissions
From the Settings screen, select Users and permissions. This will show all current staff and collaborators.
Step 4 – Approve a Collaborator Request
If Nordax Digital already sent a collaborator request, you’ll see it listed under Collaborator requests. Click Review request, then approve it.
You may need to click “Give access” or check off specific permissions. We’ll let you know which ones we need (usually Products, Online Store, and Apps).
Step 5 – (Optional) Manually Invite Us
If you don’t see a request or prefer to invite us manually:

From Users and permissions, click Add staff or Add collaborator (depending on your plan)

Use this email: Request Email

Check the boxes for permissions you’d like to grant (we can help you choose if unsure)

Click Send Invite
