Tip
Keep all key visuals (text, logos, faces) centered and away from the edges — safe zones help avoid cropping by UI elements.
What to Post
- Behind-the-scenes clips
- Quick wins or customer results
- Tips, how-tos, or fast voiceovers
- Personal moments that build trust
- Repurposed content from other platforms
Hook Fast
The first 3 seconds matter most.
Use:
- Movement or close-up visuals
- Bold opening text (problem, question, or “you” language)
- Sound that grabs attention
Text & Captions
- Always include on-screen text — many people watch without sound
- Use large, readable fonts
- Include closed captions or use auto-caption tools inside Instagram/TikTok
Branding
- Add your logo subtly (corner or end screen)
- Use brand fonts and colors when possible
- Keep visuals clean and consistent — match your brand style
Music & Sound
- Use trending audio when relevant
- Keep it aligned with your brand vibe
- Watch volume levels — voice should be clear and not overpowered
Posting Tips
- Post Reels to both feed and Reels tab
- Add hashtags (3–7 max) in the caption
- Share Stories at key times (morning, lunch, evening)
- Use stickers (polls, questions) to drive engagement in Stories
