Every site we build is different — but one thing never changes: you always have access. Whether your site is built on a CMS, Shopify, or a fully custom Next.js frontend, we’ll make sure you have what you need to run it confidently.

What You Own

You own:

• Your domain
• Your design
• Your content and brand assets
• Your live website

You’ll never be locked out or left guessing how to get in.

What You’ll Receive

Once your site is live, we’ll provide:

• A secure admin login (if a CMS is included)
• Direct URLs to your backend or storefront (like Shopify)
• Walkthrough videos or simple documentation
• File access (images, downloads, content) via Dropbox

You won’t need to chase logins or guess how to update things — we’ll guide you.

Why We Don’t Just Hand Over Source Code

Some projects include custom-built systems, headless frameworks, or proprietary setups that require developer-level tools and environments. While you still own the output and end product, we manage the codebase for stability and support.

This protects:

• Your site from accidental edits or corruption
• Us from supporting work done by outside developers
• You from needing to become a web engineer

If you ever need a full developer handoff, we’ll scope it and provide a clean export that makes sense — not a tangled mess.

Hosting & Ongoing Support

• Hosting is annual and passed through at cost — no markups
• Maintenance is on-demand — pay only when you need something, not every month
• We’re always available for updates, edits, and help — just reach out when needed
