Quotes & Proposals

When we scope new work for you, we’ll send a quote or proposal through the portal. You can review everything, ask questions, and approve — all in one place.


How Quotes Work

  1. We discuss your needs (by phone, email, or in person)
  2. We create a detailed quote in the portal
  3. You receive a notification that a quote is ready for review
  4. Sign in, review the scope and pricing
  5. Approve to move forward — or reach out with questions

What’s in a Quote?

Each quote includes:

  • Project overview — what we’ll build or deliver
  • Line items — individual services with pricing
  • Total cost — the full project price
  • Notes — any special terms, timelines, or conditions

Approving a Quote

When you’re ready:

  1. Open the quote from your portal dashboard
  2. Review the details
  3. Click Approve

Once approved, we’ll typically follow up with a contract and/or invoice to kick things off.


Questions Before Approving?

No pressure — take your time. If you have questions or want to adjust scope:

  • Reply to the notification email
  • Call us to discuss
  • We’ll revise the quote if needed

We never start work until you’ve approved the scope and terms.


Tip

Quotes stay in your portal history even after approval. You can always reference them later.
