Client Portal

How do I sign in to the Client Portal?

Visit portal.nordaxdigital.com/sign-in . You’ll sign in with the email address associated with your account. If it’s your first time, see Signing In for a walkthrough.

What can I do in the Client Portal?

From the portal dashboard you can view and pay invoices, sign contracts, review quotes, download deliverables, and track your credit balance. See Dashboard Overview for a full tour.

I’m having trouble signing in — what should I do?

Make sure you’re using the same email we have on file. If you’re still stuck, email support@nordaxdigital.com or call us and we’ll get you sorted.


Invoices & Payments

How do I pay an invoice?

Open the invoice in your Client Portal  and click Pay. We accept all major credit and debit cards. For details, see Invoices & Payments.

Is there a fee for paying with a credit card?

Yes — a small processing surcharge is applied to card payments. The exact amount is displayed before you confirm. This covers third-party processing costs only. See Invoices & Payments for details.

Can I pay by check or bank transfer?

Yes. Contact us to arrange ACH or check payment. These methods do not include a processing surcharge.

What are credits and retainers?

Credits are prepaid balances applied toward future work. Retainers are ongoing service agreements with allocated hours. Both are tracked in your portal. See Credits & Retainers.


Files & Deliverables

How do I receive my finished files?

All completed deliverables are delivered through your Client Portal. You’ll be notified when they’re ready to download. See File Delivery.

How do I send files to Nordax?

We’ll send you a file request link — just drag and drop your files. No login required. See Sending Files & Feedback.

What file formats should I use?

Stick to standard formats: JPG, PNG, PDF, MP4, DOCX. Avoid proprietary formats like .pages, .heic, or .numbers.

What is Nordax Cloud?

Nordax Cloud was our previous file-sharing system. While we still use cloud links for receiving files from you, all deliverables are now delivered through the Client Portal. See Understanding Nordax Cloud.


Projects & Communication

How do I request changes to my website?

Just call or email support@nordaxdigital.com. No ticket systems. For details, see Requesting Changes.

How quickly do you respond?

Typically within one business day. Urgent items get faster attention. We prefer real conversations over endless email threads.

How do I book a meeting?

Visit portal.nordaxdigital.com/book/support  and pick a time that works.

Do you charge monthly maintenance fees?

No. We don’t do subscriptions for maintenance. You only pay for work you request, billed by the hour or included in your project scope. We do offer retainers for ongoing content and consulting.


Contracts & Quotes

How do I sign a contract?

Contracts are sent through the Client Portal. Open the contract, review the terms, and sign digitally. See Contracts.

How do I review a quote or proposal?

Quotes appear in your portal dashboard. Review the scope, pricing, and timeline, then approve or reach out with questions. See Quotes.
