Portal Problems
Password reset isn’t working
- Check your spam/junk folder for the reset email
- Make sure you’re using the email associated with your portal account
- Reset emails can take up to 5 minutes — don’t click “Resend” multiple times
- Still nothing? Call us and we’ll reset it manually
Payment won’t go through
- Verify your card details are entered correctly
- Try a different card or payment method
- Check with your bank — some flag first-time transactions as suspicious
- ACH payments take 3–5 business days to process
- Contact us if the issue persists — we can send an alternate payment link
I can’t download my files
- Make sure you’re looking in the Files section of the portal, not the invoices section
- Try a different browser (Chrome or Firefox recommended)
- Disable any ad blockers or download managers
- If the download link appears expired, check for a newer delivery notification in your email
The portal looks broken on my phone
- Make sure your browser is up to date
- Try clearing your browser cache
- The portal works best on Chrome (Android) or Safari (iOS)
- If a specific page isn’t rendering, screenshot it and send it to us
I’m not getting email notifications
- Check your spam/junk folder
- Add noreply@nordaxdigital.com and support@nordaxdigital.com to your contacts
- Notifications are sent for invoices, contracts, file deliveries, and quotes
- If you’re still not receiving them, let us know and we’ll verify your email on file
