Your portal dashboard gives you a clear, at-a-glance view of everything happening with your account. No digging, no guessing.

What You’ll See

When you sign in, the dashboard shows:

Active Invoices

Your most recent invoices with status indicators — Paid, Pending, Overdue, or Partially Paid. Click any invoice to view the full breakdown or make a payment.

Contracts

Any contracts or agreements awaiting your signature. You can review and sign directly from the portal — no printing, scanning, or mailing required.

Delivered Files

Files we’ve completed and sent to you. Download logos, design assets, documents, and project deliverables — all organized by project.

Credit Balance

If you have retainer credits on your account, you’ll see your current balance and recent usage history.

Quotes

Active proposals and quotes for new work. Review scope, pricing, and approve directly.

Navigating the Portal

The portal is designed to be simple:

• Mobile-friendly — everything works on your phone or tablet
• Search and filter on invoice and file lists to find things fast

If you’re expecting an invoice, contract, or file delivery that isn’t showing up:

1. Check that you’re signed in with the correct email
2. Contact us — it may not have been sent yet
3. We can resend or regenerate anything you need
