Requesting File Resends

Sometimes files get lost, misplaced, or accidentally deleted — we get it. If you need us to resend something, here’s how to make it easy for both of us.


What We Can Resend

  • Delivered Final Files (logos, videos, PDFs, etc.)
  • Website Access Credentials
  • Shared Dropbox Folders or File Request Links

How to Request a Resend

To keep things organized, please:

  • Email us at support@nordaxdigital.com
    Include what you need and any helpful context (e.g., project name, file type, date delivered).

  • Need a Dropbox folder re-shared?
    Let us know which project it’s for and the email address you want it sent to.


How Long Do We Store Files?

We don’t keep your files forever.

  • Files are stored for at least 90 days after project completion.
  • If your project includes ongoing hosting or services, we retain access longer.
  • We’ll always let you know when it’s time to download and back up your media.
