Signing In to the Client Portal
Your Nordax Client Portal is where everything lives — invoices, contracts, files, project updates, and more. Here’s how to get in.
Where to Sign In
Visit portal.nordaxdigital.com/sign-in and log in with the email address we have on file for you.
You can also access the portal from:
- The “Client Portal” link in the header of nordaxdigital.com
- Any invoice or contract email we’ve sent you
First Time Signing In?
If this is your first login:
- Click Sign In at the portal URL above
- Enter the email address associated with your account
- You’ll receive a verification code or magic link — check your inbox (and spam folder)
- Complete sign-in and you’ll land on your dashboard

Your portal account is created by our team during onboarding. If you haven’t received access, just let us know and we’ll get you set up.
Trouble Logging In?
- Wrong email? Try the email address you used when signing your contract or intake form.
- Not receiving the code? Check spam/junk folders. If it’s still not there, contact us.
- Account not found? Your portal access may not have been created yet — reach out and we’ll set it up.
What You’ll See After Signing In
Once logged in, you’ll land on your Client Dashboard with quick access to:
- Active invoices and payment status
- Contracts awaiting your signature
- Delivered files ready for download
- Credit balance (if applicable)
- Quotes and proposals
