Invoices & Payments
All invoices are managed through your Client Portal. You can view details, make payments, and track your payment history — all in one place.
Viewing Your Invoices
After signing in, navigate to Invoices from your dashboard. Each invoice shows:
- Invoice number and date
- Line items with descriptions and amounts
- Total due and any amounts already paid
- Status — Draft, Sent, Viewed, Partially Paid, Paid, or Overdue
Click any invoice to see the full breakdown.
Making a Payment
When you’re ready to pay:
- Open the invoice
- Choose Pay in Full or Pay Deposit (if a deposit option is available)
- You’ll be taken to a secure Stripe checkout page
- Complete payment with your card
Once paid, the invoice status updates automatically and you’ll receive a confirmation.
We accept all major credit and debit cards through Stripe. ACH and other payment methods may be available depending on your account.
Online Payment Surcharge
A small processing surcharge may be applied to online card payments. If a surcharge applies to your account:
- The surcharge rate is displayed on the invoice before you pay
- The surcharge amount is shown as a separate line item during checkout
- Your invoice total and surcharge are broken out clearly — no surprises
This is a standard pass-through for card processing costs and is disclosed upfront.
Deposits & Partial Payments
Some invoices allow partial payment (deposits). If available:
- You’ll see a “Pay Deposit” option alongside “Pay in Full”
- The deposit amount and remaining balance are shown clearly
- Your invoice status will update to Partially Paid until the balance is settled
Payment History
You can see all payments made against an invoice, including:
- Payment date and amount
- Payment method
- Any surcharge amounts
- Remaining balance (if applicable)
