File Delivery

We deliver completed project files directly through your Client Portal. No email attachments, no expired links — everything stays organized and accessible.


How File Delivery Works

When we complete work on your project:

  1. We upload the final files to your portal account
  2. You receive a notification that files are ready
  3. Sign in and navigate to Files or Deliverables
  4. Download individual files or the full package

What Gets Delivered

Depending on your project, you may receive:

  • Logo files — All formats (SVG, PNG, PDF, EPS, AI)
  • Brand assets — Color palettes, font files, brand guidelines
  • Design files — Social media templates, print layouts, mockups
  • Website assets — Images, icons, media files
  • Documents — Contracts, proposals, strategy docs
  • Video files — Edited video, motion graphics, exports

File Organization

Files are organized by project and category. You’ll see clear folder names and descriptions so you know exactly what each file is for.

If you need files in a specific format or organization, just let us know. We can customize the delivery to match your workflow.


How Long Are Files Available?

Files delivered through the portal remain accessible as long as your account is active. However:

  • Download important files promptly — we recommend saving copies to your own drives
  • We retain files on our end for at least 90 days after project completion
  • Active clients with ongoing projects have indefinite access

Replacing Nordax Cloud

If you’ve worked with us before, you may remember receiving files through Nordax Cloud (files.nordaxdigital.com). The Client Portal now replaces that system for all file delivery.

What changed:

  • Files are now tied directly to your portal account
  • No need for separate file request links for delivery
  • Everything is in one place — invoices, contracts, and files

For uploads (sending us files), we still use file request links when needed. See Sending Files & Feedback.


Can’t Find a File?

If you’re expecting a delivery that isn’t showing up:

  1. Make sure you’re signed in with the correct email
  2. Check if the project has been completed — files are delivered at project milestones or completion
  3. Contact us and we’ll resend or upload what you need

Tip

Need a file resent or in a different format? Just ask — we keep backups and can regenerate most deliverables quickly.
