Quick fixes for the problems clients run into most often.
I can’t sign in to the portal
- Make sure you’re going to portal.nordaxdigital.com/sign-in
- Use the email address we have on file for you
- If it’s your first time, check your email for a setup link — it may be in spam
- Try resetting your password from the sign-in page

I can’t find my files
- Files are delivered through the Client Portal → Files section
- If you received a file request link (Nordax Cloud), that’s for sending files to us — not downloading
- Check your email for delivery notifications
- Need a resend? Request one here
My website looks broken or isn’t loading
- Clear your browser cache (Ctrl+Shift+R or Cmd+Shift+R)
- Try a different browser or incognito/private window
- Check downdetector.com for platform outages
- If the issue persists, email support@nordaxdigital.com with a screenshot
I gave access but you say you don’t have it
- Double-check you used the correct email: info@nordaxdigital.com
- Some platforms take a few minutes to process invitations

My invoice link expired
- Invoice payment links are valid for 30 days
- Contact us and we’ll resend a fresh link
- You can also pay directly from the portal: portal.nordaxdigital.com
I need to update something on my website
- See Requesting Website Changes
- If you have a retainer or credits, changes are covered — just email or call
- For new work, we’ll send a quick quote first
