I don’t know which account to use

“Access Denied” or “You don’t have permission”
- You may have logged in with the wrong account (common with multiple Google accounts)
- Try signing out of all accounts and signing in with just the correct one
- For Google: use an incognito window to isolate the right account
- If the platform says the invitation expired, let us know and we’ll resend
I never received an invitation
- Check spam/junk folders
- Search your email for the platform name (e.g., “Google Business Profile invitation”)
- Some invitations go to the email associated with the platform, not your primary email
- Contact us and we’ll verify which email the invitation was sent to
Two-factor authentication (2FA) problems
- If you’re locked out by 2FA, you’ll need to use the platform’s recovery flow
- We cannot bypass 2FA on your accounts — this is a security protection
- For Google: Account Recovery
- For Meta: Facebook Account Recovery
- Save your recovery codes in a secure location for next time
Important
We never ask for your passwords. Access is always granted through the platform’s official sharing or invitation system.
