I don’t know which account to use

“Access Denied” or “You don’t have permission”

  • You may have logged in with the wrong account (common with multiple Google accounts)
  • Try signing out of all accounts and signing in with just the correct one
  • For Google: use an incognito window to isolate the right account
  • If the platform says the invitation expired, let us know and we’ll resend

I never received an invitation

  • Check spam/junk folders
  • Search your email for the platform name (e.g., “Google Business Profile invitation”)
  • Some invitations go to the email associated with the platform, not your primary email
  • Contact us and we’ll verify which email the invitation was sent to

Two-factor authentication (2FA) problems

  • If you’re locked out by 2FA, you’ll need to use the platform’s recovery flow
  • We cannot bypass 2FA on your accounts — this is a security protection
  • For Google: Account Recovery 
  • For Meta: Facebook Account Recovery 
  • Save your recovery codes in a secure location for next time

Important

We never ask for your passwords. Access is always granted through the platform’s official sharing or invitation system.
