Need a change to your site? We’ve made it easy — no confusing ticket systems or waiting in the dark. Whether it’s a quick edit or a new section, just let us know.
How to Request Changes
Call us! We’re your partners through all of this — but we totally understand if it’s easier to send a late-night email when it’s on your mind.
If you’d rather email, send your request to support@nordaxdigital.com with:
- A clear description of what you need
- Any links or screenshots (Dropbox links preferred)
- Deadline or urgency (if applicable)
We’ll confirm receipt and give you a quick estimate of the time or cost, if needed.
Ongoing Updates
If your project includes post-launch support or a retainer, we’ll give you access to a dedicated Dropbox folder where you can:
- Upload notes, images, or documents
- Leave feedback in context
- Track progress through shared notes
We don’t charge monthly for maintenance (we hate subscriptions as much as you). You only pay for the work you request, billed by the hour or included in your project. However we do provide retainers for on-going content and consulting.
What’s Included?
If you’re still in an active build phase, change requests may already be covered. If we’re past the initial scope, we’ll let you know before starting any new work.
