Posting Brand Content
Great branding is more than just visuals — it’s consistency. Whether you’re posting to Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, or TikTok, here’s how to keep your content on-brand and high-impact.
Before You Post
Ask yourself:
- Is this on message? Does it align with our brand tone and goals?
- Does it use the right logo, colors, and fonts?
- Is the image high quality and correctly sized?
- Is the caption clear, human, and on-brand?
What to Include
- Clear visuals with minimal clutter
- Logo in the corner (if applicable)
- Short captions — get to the point fast
- Call to action, even if it’s simple (e.g. “Tap to learn more”)
Every post doesn’t have to sell something. Behind-the-scenes, wins, and community features help humanize your brand.
Voice & Tone
Your tone should reflect the identity of your brand — are you professional, playful, bold, friendly? Stick to the voice we defined during your branding process. When in doubt: be clear, not clever.
Hashtags & Tags
- Use 3–5 relevant hashtags — skip the spammy ones
- Tag locations or other businesses when it makes sense
- Don’t overload your captions — add hashtags as the first comment if needed
Posting Tools
We recommend:
- Meta Business Suite for Facebook & Instagram
- TikTok Scheduler for Reels
- Later, Buffer, or Metricool if you want a multi-platform scheduler (Note: These do have limitations on content control and we highly recommend native applications)
