Do I own my website?

Yes — you own your website, content, and domains. We handle setup and hosting for you, but everything is transferred to your control if you ever need it. Some technical source code may require special hosting (like Next.js or Shopify), but we’ll always give you access or help you migrate if needed.

How do I request changes or support?

Call us or email support@nordaxdigital.com. For files and feedback, use your Dropbox request link. We keep it human and simple—no ticket portals!

Where can I find my logo files and brand assets?

We deliver your logo and brand files in an organized Dropbox folder. If you ever need a resend or have questions about formats, just ask.


Website & Access

I lost my login—can you resend it?

No problem. Email support@nordaxdigital.com and we’ll send a new link.

Can I update my site myself?

If you have a CMS (content management system), we’ll send you a guide and login so you can make basic updates. For advanced changes, we’re happy to handle it—just ask!

How do I give you access to Google, Facebook, etc.?

Billing & Services

How do I pay my invoice?

You’ll receive a secure payment link by email. We accept cards, ACH, and offer Klarna/Afterpay for project payments.

Do you offer ongoing support or maintenance?

Yes! Hosting is annual (no markup), and you only pay for updates you request. Ongoing content, strategy, or consulting can be added as a retainer.

What if I want to add more services after we start?

No problem—just let us know. We’ll discuss your new goals, adjust the quote or timeline, and keep things transparent.
