Notifications
The portal keeps you informed with automatic notifications so you never miss an important update.
What Triggers a Notification?
You’ll receive notifications when:
- A new invoice is created or sent to you
- An invoice is overdue or a payment reminder is due
- A contract is ready for your signature
- Files have been delivered to your account
- A quote or proposal is shared for your review
- Credits are added or your balance is running low
- Any important account updates
How Notifications Are Delivered
Notifications are sent via email to the address on your portal account. Most notifications also appear in the portal itself when you sign in.
Managing Notifications
- All email notifications come from our Nordax system
- If you’re not receiving emails, check your spam/junk folder
- Make sure the email on your portal account is correct and actively monitored
Note
We keep notifications lean and relevant — you’ll never get spammed. Every notification means something needs your attention.
Missed a Notification?
No worries. Everything that triggers a notification is also visible in your portal:
- Invoices tab shows all invoices and their status
- Contracts tab shows anything awaiting signature
- Files tab shows all deliveries
- Dashboard gives you the big picture
Tip
If you ever feel out of the loop, just sign in to the portal. Your dashboard always shows the current state of everything.
