Portal File Delivery
We’ve upgraded how files are delivered. Instead of separate cloud links, your completed files are now delivered directly through your Client Portal.
What Changed?
Previously, we shared files through Nordax Cloud (files.nordaxdigital.com) using shareable folder links. That system still exists for collecting files from you, but for delivering completed work, we now use the portal.
The New Way

How to Access Your Files
- Sign in at portal.nordaxdigital.com
- Navigate to Files or check your Dashboard for recent deliveries
- Download individual files or full packages
You’ll also receive an email notification whenever new files are delivered.
Why the Change?
- Everything in one place — invoices, contracts, files, and credits all live in the portal
- Better organization — files are tied to your account, not floating links
- Permanent access — no more expired links or missing shares
- Security — only you can access your files after signing in
Still Have Nordax Cloud Links?
Old Nordax Cloud links may still work for a transition period, but going forward, all new deliveries will go through the portal. If you need an old file re-delivered, just ask and we’ll upload it to your portal.
