Understanding Dropbox

We use Dropbox to collect and deliver files — without the need for you to create an account or download any software.

How File Requests Work

If we need you to upload files, you’ll receive a Dropbox file request link that looks like this:

Dropbox Request Example

You’ll see a simple screen where you can drag and drop files or click “Add files.”
That’s it — no account or login required.

What You Can Upload

We typically ask for things like:

  • Logos and brand files
  • Team headshots
  • Website copy or content
  • Product/service photos
  • PDF guides, menus, or downloadable resources
Note

Max file size is 2GB per upload. If you have large batches, you can compress them into a .zip file first.

What Happens After Upload

Once we receive your files:

  • We sort them into structured folders on our end
  • You’ll get access to those folders at project completion or by request
  • You’ll be able to view, preview, and download your content
  • We do not keep files forever — make sure to download anything important once your project wraps

Common Questions

Do I need a Dropbox account?
Nope. You can upload without logging in or signing up.

Can I upload from my phone?
Yes — the Dropbox file request link works on mobile too.

What if I need to update or replace a file?
Just let us know. We’ll send you a fresh link or overwrite the old one internally.
